Is Randy on the way out?

I really hope this isn't the case but considering these last 2 PPV bookings, are we seeing a 'greatest hits' tour of Randy Orton? We keep hearing rumours of Cena going to Hollywood, yet the man being phased out of the main event and being booked in showcase matches is Randy.

I have no evidence to back this up and I hope it isn't true because although his character has been stale for a while, he is still one of the best in the business, but last month he had a PPV match with Chris Jericho with no build, this last monday he had a showcase style match with Dolph Ziggler, and at HIAC he's facing Cena in the Cell, all of which are matches that he he has had time and time again, are clearly the type of guys he enjoys working with, and have no real rhyme or reason to them other than to just be good matches. With rumours of him taking a lighter, no house show, style contract, is this the farewell tour of Randy Orton?

I'm sure this post will annoy some because they see Orton as an integral part of WWE, but it cant be doubted that over the past year or so his run has been underwhelming and I've seen no rumours whatsoever of any potential future feuds, so where does he go from here if this isnt the end?

In order to actually create some debate and not have smarks just whine about how I'm wrong, heres some questions to answer ;)

1) do you think this could be the winding down of the career of Orton?

2) If so, who else should he face before he finishes up his run?

3) If not, where does he go from here?
