Opera has been updated to v31.0.1889.174 today, 18/08/2015. If the browser hasn't already done it automatically, you can get the update by going to the Menu (the button with the big red O) and clicking on 'About Opera', when the browser will check for and install updates automatically; you can also access the Menu by pressing the Alt key. Alternatively, you can find out about Opera and download it from their site:

After all the wondering if a new version was available in this thread it's nice to get it all sorted! I didn't get the update via the browser, I downloaded it from Opera's site.
