Isn't Microsoft full of Surprises? I read in CA #458 Page 6 Highlighted footnote entitled: Remember Remember...Windows 10 Update in November that they are about to hand out a big Fix update with many new features being added such as a Messenger on the desktop...Could this mean that their Object RTC feature is being launched too?
As for the Redstone Pair of updates for Spring / Summer 2016 does that feel like a Final fix and Tidy up if this Version is what in old Parlance would be a Service Pack...(SP.x)
I do have a question after this is installed, will we be calling this Windows 10 SP1 or even Version 10.1?

My Conclusion, it'll Settle Windows 10 down Taking off many of the sharp edges in the commissioning Phase giving better stability
I also say This is where the wall-hangers and Latecomers should join in the Party August 2015 was in hindsight , a bit too early
PS Some facts, looking at it from a Windows Launch History date angle, many Windows stable versions were launched with few bugs around October or early November so this is spot on the mark :)
Looking at the Calender, my estimate would be between November 5th to the 12th
