Abyss apparently made the save for him at the live event to tag with Edwards to finish the match, and from what I've read thus far, it seems TNA are awaiting word on exactly how long he's going to be out before they determine what they'll do with the TNA World Tag Team titles, with stripping the Wolves of them being listed as a viable option.
This is one of those situations where having taped so far in advance (I believe to September 25th) will help them some, but in heading into Bound For Glory this October, the timing of this sucks, as you'd have to imagine the Wolves were going to be a marquee name for the event.
