So, let's travel back in time and land at Raw on February 24th, 1997 when ECW invaded Raw. Let's pretend that Paul Heyman is a wrestler in ECW, not the owner. Let's assume he'll currently have the mic skills from back then and still evolve into the unique mouth piece he is today. Let's also accept that his real physique or lack thereof, would be inadequate for this scenario. So, for the sake of this scenario, let's give him John Cena's physique. Let's also give him ability similar to a Kurt Angle or a Cesaro.
So he has a physique similar to John Cena, the ability of Angle or Cesaro, and the mouth of Paul Heyman. Would he have shined during ECW's stint in WWE? Would he have jumped ship? Where would he be today? Would he have been World Champ with his mic skills, passion, ability, and new physique?
This of course, could never have happened, but Heyman's promo this last week on Raw led me to think, "damn he could have made an amazing wrestler if he had the body and ability."
