Is Titus O'Neil a bad wrestler?

I'm not entirely sure if this warrants a thread, but considering there are currently multiple threads about the futures of Ambrose and Reigns, I think I can get away with this.

I started watching wrestling again late 2013, when Titus was still allied with..um, Darren Young? I thought he was charming, funny and charismatic, but I can't recall seeing much in-ring action with him. The more boring Darren Young did the bulk of the work. Then he turned heel and showed a different side. Now he was aggressive, intense, kind of scary but he could also be smugly charming as well. He has a great physique and a unique look, so why is he jobbing at Heath Slater proportions...In fact, Slater and Ryder have scored more victories than Titus as of late.

To his credit, at least he dominates the bulk of his matches, even if he loses and they're very short so he looks weak anyway. So...is Titus just a bad wrestler? He doesn't strike me as terrible, but it's impossible to say since I've yet to see him in a real match. The crowds actually do seem to kind of like him in a Ryback sort of way as they respond to his barking. Yet he's been buried pretty severely as of late. I'm just curious as to why, whether there are facts I'm just not aware of or what some of the theories are.

I have heard this match with Darren Young bombed, but I didn't see it myself and I'd like to think one match isn't enough to kill a career...otherwise Roman Reigns would be jobbing right now, lol.
